1. Introduction and Acceptance

The website Ripstorm.io (the “Website”, “Ripstorm”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is owned and operated by Arvion Tech Solutions LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under company number HE 459333, with its registered office at Peiraios 30, 1st floor, Flat/Office 1, Strovolos 2023, Nicosia, Cyprus. By accessing, using or visiting any part of the Website, you (the “User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and the terms of any promotion, bonus or special offer made available on the Website (collectively, the “Terms”).

Please read the Terms carefully before using the Website. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the Website. Continued use of the Website confirms your acceptance of the Terms.

2. Definitions

“Account” means the personal account a User registers to access the Website.
“Mystery Box” (or “box”) means a virtual box that, when opened, awards one item selected at random from a displayed set of possible items, each shown with its odds.
“Credits” means the virtual balance used on the Website to open boxes and participate in games. Credits are not legal tender and have no cash value outside the Website.
“Item” (or “prize”) means a physical or digital reward obtained by opening a box or participating in a game.
“Games” means the interactive features offered on the Website, which may include box openings, Battles, the Upgrader and similar features.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old (the “Valid Age”) to use the Website. Use by anyone under the Valid Age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of the Terms. We may, at any stage, require documentary proof of your age. If you fail to provide it, or if we suspect the Website is being used by a person under the Valid Age, we may terminate your Account and withhold any items or Credits without refund.

3.2 Lawful use in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge and warrant that your use of the Website complies with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you. We do not intend to provide services that are unlawful in your jurisdiction, and we accept no responsibility for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website.

3.3 Restricted territories. The Website may not be available, or may be restricted, in certain countries and territories. You may not use the Website from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, and you may not use a VPN or other means to circumvent any such restriction. A current list of restricted territories is available on the Website.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration. To use the Website you must register an Account and provide accurate information, which may include your email address and date of birth. Each User may hold only one Account. The Account is personal and non-transferable, and may be used only by the person who created it.

4.2 Accurate information. You warrant that the information you provide is true, current and complete, and that you will keep it up to date. You further warrant that you are of sound mind, are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement, have not been convicted of a financial crime such as fraud or money laundering, and will not seek to manipulate the outcome of any game.

4.3 Account security. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you believe a third party has accessed your Account, you must reset your password immediately and notify us. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account or password.

4.4 Duplicate accounts. We may close any Account we reasonably suspect is a duplicate, is being used by someone other than the registered holder, or has been opened to abuse promotions or our systems.

5. How the Platform Works

5.1 Opening boxes. You select a Mystery Box and use Credits to open it. Each box displays the items it may contain and the odds of receiving each item. When you open a box, a random selection process awards you exactly one item. Every box opening results in an item; no opening ends without a reward.

5.2 Price and value. You agree that the price of a box may be higher or lower than the value of the item you receive. You accept this and acknowledge that we are not responsible where the price paid exceeds the value of the item won. Item images are illustrative and the item received may differ in incidental respects from the image shown.

5.3 Provably fair. Outcomes are generated using a provably fair system based on cryptographic seeds (for example a server seed, a client seed and a counter). This allows you to independently verify, after each opening, that the result was generated fairly and was not manipulated. The displayed odds are fixed and do not change based on how many times you play.

5.4 Games and Battles. We may offer additional game modes. In a “Battle”, two or more Users open the same boxes under equal conditions; the participant whose items reach the highest combined displayed value wins all items opened in that Battle, while other participants may receive a minimum item and/or experience points, as described on the Website. Each Battle allocates at least one reward to each participant. We may add, modify or withdraw any game at our discretion.

6. Credits, Deposits and Payments

6.1 Credits. To play, you top up your Credits balance. Credits represent a prepaid entitlement to use the Website’s features. Credits are not real money, carry no monetary value outside the Website, and are not exchangeable for cash except where expressly provided by a withdrawal or redemption feature offered by us.

6.2 Payment methods. Accepted payment methods are shown at the cashier and may include credit and debit cards and other methods we make available from time to time. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider; such matters must be raised directly with that institution.

6.3 Currency. Deposits are processed in our base currency, as shown at the cashier. Any conversion shown in your local currency is approximate and for reference only; we are not responsible for differences between that display and the rate applied by your bank or payment provider.

6.4 Non-refundable. Except as required by applicable law, deposits and Credits are non-refundable. We do not provide cash refunds for Credits that have been used to open boxes or play games.

6.5 Credit validity and inactivity. Credits may be subject to a validity period and Accounts may be subject to inactivity rules, as described on the Website.

7. Items and Withdrawals

7.1 Your options. When you win an item you may, where the relevant feature is available, choose to (a) have the physical item shipped to you, or (b) exchange the item for Credits to continue playing. Some items may be digital. The options available for a given item are shown on the Website.

7.2 Redemption threshold. A minimum value may apply before items can be shipped or redeemed, as shown on the Website.

7.3 Verification before release. You may be required to complete identity and age verification before you are permitted to open boxes and/or receive items (see Section 12). We may withhold items pending successful verification.

8. Shipping, Delivery and Substitution

8.1 Shipping costs and claim period. Shipping costs for physical items may be charged to you. You must claim a prize within the period stated on the Website from the date of winning. If you do not request shipment within that period, we may cancel the shipment, and no refund of Credits or other compensation will be due.

8.2 Substitution. If a won item is unavailable for shipment, we may offer an alternative item of similar value and category, unless we agree otherwise. Substitution may occur due to geographical or shipping limitations, supplier availability, or customs or regulatory constraints.

8.3 Notification and your responsibility. We will notify you of any required substitution or prize-related matter through an in-account notification and/or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current, to monitor your Account and inbox (including spam folders), and to respond within the period we specify. If you do not respond in time, the shipment may be suspended and cancelled without further obligation on our part.

8.4 Delivery and tracking. Once an item is dispatched, a tracking reference may be made available in your Account. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and be available for delivery. In the event of delay or loss, the courier is the first point of contact; we will assist with verification where we reasonably can, but operational management of the shipment rests with the courier.

8.5 Pricing of items. Displayed or market prices of items and substitutes may not match the prices you find elsewhere, as we source products through various channels and regions.

9. Acceptance of Risk

You understand that opening boxes and playing games involves an element of chance and that the value of the items you receive may be less than the Credits you spend. You accept full responsibility for your spending decisions and agree that any shortfall between Credits spent and item value will not be refunded. You acknowledge that each opening nonetheless always results in an item.

10. Bonuses and Promotions

We may offer bonuses, promo codes and promotions from time to time, each subject to its own terms. Unless stated otherwise, a bonus is valid once per Account, may not be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. We may cancel any bonus and any associated winnings where we reasonably believe a promotion has been abused or used in bad faith.

11. Responsible Play

We want using the Website to remain a form of entertainment. We encourage you to play within your means and to take regular breaks. Tools to help you stay in control may include deposit limits, time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. 12. Identity Verification, AML and Fraud Prevention

We operate identity (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks. You may be required to verify your identity and age before opening boxes, receiving items or making withdrawals. We may request government-issued identification and proof of address, and may suspend access or withhold items pending verification. If you provide false information, we may forfeit items, close your Account and report the matter to the competent authorities. We may also use automated systems to detect fraud, abuse and suspicious activity, which may delay or block certain transactions while we investigate.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm, distress or inconvenience others;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or choose an offensive username or post offensive, defamatory or pornographic content in any chat or social feature;
access, alter or damage any non-public area of our systems, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website or breach any security measure;
decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or components of the Website;
use bots, crawlers, scrapers or similar means to extract data or systematically build a collection or database from the Website;
interfere with other Users or with the Website, including by introducing malware or by overloading, flooding or spamming our systems;
seek to manipulate or affect the outcome of any game, or collude with other Users; or
exploit any error, loophole or bug, or use the Website other than as intended.

If we suspect a breach, your Account may be investigated and you may forfeit the right to receive items and/or have your Account closed. Any game played in breach of the Terms is void. If you become aware of another User cheating or colluding, you must inform us immediately.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, restrict your access, suspend or terminate your Account, and void any pending play, if we suspect that you are under the Valid Age, have provided false information, hold or use more than one Account, cheat, are involved in illegal or fraudulent activity, have breached the Terms, or are acting in a way that is damaging to us or may create legal liability. Pending any investigation, items and Credit balances may be withheld. We will notify you of suspension or termination at your registered email address. You may also request voluntary closure of your Account by contacting us.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including the Ripstorm name, logo, brand assets, text, graphics, software and design, and all intellectual property rights in them, are owned by or licensed to us. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or commercially exploit any content, including game results, statistics and unboxing data, without our prior written consent.

16. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in the Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Its performance depends on your device and internet connection.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of the Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your breach of any applicable law or third-party right.

19. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes or fees that may apply to items or rewards you receive through the Website. Where a reward is subject to tax under the laws applicable to you, you are responsible for reporting and paying it to the relevant authorities.

20. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the Terms. By using the Website you acknowledge that policy.

21. Changes to the Terms

We may add to, amend or remove any of the Terms for legal, regulatory, commercial or customer-service reasons. Changes take effect when posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms, so please review this page from time to time.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

The Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.

23. General

If any provision of the Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under the Terms; we may assign ours to an affiliate or successor. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the Website.
